Principals Cesar Conda and Vin Roberti  lead the firm’s telecom and technology practice. Mr. Conda was a top aide for senators who sat on the Commerce Committee and a member of the Bush Administration’s telecommunications and technology policy team.  He is currently a member of the Progress and Freedom Foundation’s Advisory Committee of the Digital Age Communications Act. Mr. Conda and Mr. Roberti have extensive experience representing corporate clients with issues before the FCC; they worked together in shepherding through the $67 billion merger of AT&T and BellSouth.

Assisting Mr. Conda and Mr. Roberti with the firm’s telecommunications government relations practice is Principal Christopher Cox and Vice President Don Kent.  As special assistant to the president for Legislative Affairs, Mr. Cox was responsible for shepherding the President’s agenda through Congress. Mr. Kent was recently assistant secretary for Legislative Affairs for the Department of Homeland Security, where he was the point person for the department with Congress, including both the House and Senate Commerce Committees.
