Rob Stutzman is a principal of Navigators Global and leads the firm’s strategic communications Practice. He is based in the Sacramento, California, office.
Mr. Stutzman, the former deputy chief of staff of communications for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been perched on what PRWeek described as his “front row seat in politics” throughout California’s recent tumultuous political history.
During the 2008 presidential campaign, Mr. Stutzman served as senior California advisor to Governor Mitt Romney’s campaign.
Mr. Stutzman is a veteran of nearly two decades of campaigns. He also served as communications director for Attorney General Dan Lungren and worked in the Office of the Minority Leader in the California State Senate.
He specializes in media relations, crisis communications, strategic Internet communications, litigation support, land use campaigns and political campaigns.
Mr. Stutzman is a frequent writer and speaker in the public policy and political arena. He has a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Point Loma Nazarene College in San Diego.
