Navigators Global has extensive experience with many of the most-watched financial services issues including data security, financial privacy, credit card interest rates and fees, financial literacy, regulatory reform, securities class action litigation reform, hedge fund regulation and Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) reform.

To serve the needs of its numerous financial services clients, Navigators Global uses traditional outreach to Capitol Hill and the White House Administration, as well as targeted media relations and polling.

Vice President Frank Tillotson and Managing Principal Phil Anderson lead the firm’s financial services practice.  Mr. Tillotson served as senior vice president in the Office of Congressional Affairs for the Export-Import Bank of the United States and as senior counsel to the House Committee on Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets, where he was the top aide to Chairman Richard Baker. Mr. Anderson has been at the forefront of numerous financial services-orientated coalitions, aiming to defeat legislation that would have burdened the financial services industry with excessive regulation and to expand access to a multitude of financial services products and services

Assisting Mr. Tillotson and Mr. Anderson with the firm’s financial services practice is Navigators’ Principal Christopher Cox.

Mr. Cox’s background in financial services is a culmination of years working within the White House and for several congressional members. Mr. Cox executes legislative strategy and policy initiatives through relationship building and by finding champions on Capitol Hill on behalf of Navigators Global's clients.
