Catherine Horst is an executive assistant and event coordinator for Navigators based out of the Washington, D.C., office.

Ms. Horst joined Navigators in June of 2006 as executive assistant to Principals Phil Anderson, Jim Pitts, Cesar Conda and Christopher Cox.  As a member of the business operations team, Ms. Horst serves as Navigators’ key event coordinator and has managed numerous Washington, D.C., events.
 
Ms. Horst organizes various political fundraising and corporate special events at Navigators’ Washington, D.C., office.  In her capacity as event coordinator, Ms. Horst has successfully planned and executed numerous high-profile events for some of the nation’s most respected leaders.

Prior to joining Navigators, Ms. Horst’s experience includes several years in marketing and advertising.  She previously served as a marketing assistant in a global commercial real estate firm, and was a key player in the launch of a local business publication, where she also operated as its primary sales associate.  Ms. Horst later held a leadership role at a community management firm.  

Ms. Horst attended Radford University in Radford, Virginia, Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, as well as the Washington School of Ballet.  Ms. Horst continues to study dressage under Wendy Murdoch at Harmony Farms in Flint Hill Virgina.
