Bill Lockhart is the director of land use and real estate advocacy for Navigators Global based out of the Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Lockhart brings a blend of both commercial real estate expertise and political experience to Navigators Global. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lockhart specialized in tenant representation and advocacy with the Ezra Company. In this role, Mr. Lockhart developed the company’s client base and worked directly with clients to assess their short and long term real estate needs, including the rationalization of client real estate portfolios for an optimal return on investment. Mr. Lockhart also worked with numerous landlord and property brokers for site selection and lease negotiations to secure optimal leasing rates, tenant improvement allowances, and lease terms.
In terms of political experience, Mr. Lockhart has spent ten years in politics providing strategic planning, campaign management, and technical advisory services for state, national, and international clients. Mr. Lockhart specialized in developing non-traditional, innovative campaign techniques to secure political wins under tight budgetary and resource constraints.
Mr. Lockhart received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and is a licensed real estate broker in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.
